Maintain a My Links list

If you create many personalized PPM Dashboard pages and access some pages more than others, you can create a My Links list to quickly access these pages.

To add a current viewing page to My Links list:

• Click the My Links icon on the menu bar.

• From the menu bar, click My Links > Add This Page to My Links.

  Note: The maximum number of links that you can add to your My Links list is 100 by default. If you need more links, you can change the maximum number by modifying the MY_LINKS_MAX_COUNT parameter.
  

To remove a page from My Links list:

1. From the PPM menu, click My Links > Manage My Links.
2. Select the page to remove and then click Remove.
3. Click Save.
